These necessary tools do not require consent under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Garante's Guidelines of 10 June 2021. The strictly necessary exemption also applies under UK PECR where applicable. Accordingly, no consent banner is displayed.

Cookies: __dpl, set by the hosting infrastructure (Lovable) to serve the published version of the site consistently, strictly necessary, lifetime up to 7 days. No other cookies and no localStorage. When you select a language, X20 Digital Trust Services S.r.l. stores only the 'lang' preference in the website's sessionStorage to retain your selection during the session; it is cleared when you close the tab. The form sends your data directly to Supabase without saving them in browser storage. No analytics, tracking tools or embedded third-party content are used.

You can block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser's privacy settings. Blocking necessary tools may impair functionality. Deleting browser data does not unsubscribe you.

Before introducing analytics, we will update this notice and assess the applicable requirements. Tools requiring consent will remain disabled until you agree, with straightforward refusal and withdrawal. Any exemption must satisfy all applicable conditions; masking an IP address alone is insufficient.
